A little about David
My wife, Teresa and I have been married for 14 years! We have 2 kids, Jessica and Zachary. We enjoy hanging out together. We watch movies, play games and ride bikes together. I enjoy working with tools and building stuff.

Duties
As the Children’s Pastor, I am primarily responsible for the Sunday Morning kids program. I also oversee Rangers, Missionettes, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Upward Basketball, and our church’s annual Harvest Party.

Passions in Children's Ministry
Relationships- I love to see kids grow up and look at you with those hearts that say “You helped make me what I am”. It’s awesome to see kids begin their spiritual journey. I think kids can have just as deep a relationship with God as anyone.

Programs- I love Vacation Bible School. It’s exciting to me to see all the volunteers working in their areas of strength and then seeing the kids totally enjoy themselves. I love to build sets and decorate for Vacation Bible School and other events.

Todd & Deb Bube - Glad Tidings Assembly - Reading, PA

A little about the Bube's
I am married to my wonderful wife, Deb. The beach is my favorite place to visit. (Riding waves, building sand art, on the boats & docks, feeling the breeze, and experiencing the boardwalk, I love it all.) I love Football (NFL, College, High School, Backyard) I love fishing (Deep Sea, Bay, & Fresh water) I enjoy decorating the house for Christmas with my wife. I enjoy remodeling and painting our home. I enjoy playing on the church softball team. I love my family and I have the best in-laws (Arlan & Dolores) in the world.

Duties
Developing leaders and teams to work with children up to 5th grade. Specific ministries include Sunday Super Church, Kids Club/Christmas Musical, Rainbows, Missionettes, Royal Rangers, Extreme VBS, Summer Blitz, Light In The Night and whatever might require specialized set up for programs.

Trish & Derrick Gunn - Wilmington First Assembly of God - Wilmington, DE

A little about the Gunn's
We love to study the Bible and also as important, we like to get kids to study and memorize the Bible. Junior Bible Quiz is our passion. We love to go to the beach. We love everything about the ocean from the sand between your toes to the salt water in your mouth.

Derrick’s passion is fishing although he doesn’t get to do much of it. He also loves sports and competition.

Trish’s favorite sport is not on television. It is anything that our kids play. Although I hold the children’s pastor title, my whole family is in ministry together. Every member of my family is an integral part of the ministry.

My duties are to oversee the ministry for children from nursery to 5th grade. Sixth graders have the option to move to youth. I cover every aspect of children’s ministry from Sunday services to Wednesday services to JBQ, musicals and outreaches.

JBQ is my passion during the quizzing season, but throughout the year, I love to do drama. I love to do musicals with the kids. Most of my messages are illustrated with drama or music.

Another area is missions. Our desire is for our kids to be missions minded. Mission minded kids grow up to be Mission Minded adults. The ministry’s motto is “We Bring GOOD NEWS”. Our Scripture is Matt 28:19

A little about Dawn
I enjoy reading Christian novels, chocolate, the first seat on really high roller coasters, good/strong coffee with cinnamon hazelnut creamer, and spending time with my husband and kids.

Duties
I am responsible for all ministries that relate to children—nursery and preschool classrooms, curriculum & staff; elementary ministries-- Kids Church, Kids Clubs, small group ministry, KidzROCK outreach, VBS, Kids Crusade, Kids Camp, JBQ, Spiritual Encounter Retreats, and School of Leaders for Kids.

I am also the Pastor of Women—monthly evangelistic dinner, discipleship small groups and evangelistic small groups.

Passion in Children's Ministry
My passion is to be a Pastor to the kids. I do this by loving them and creating an environment where the Holy Spirit is welcome to show up to reveal who Jesus is to them on their level. When Jesus is real to them, they will love Him and will tell others who He is!

We have spiritual Encounter Retreats for everyone—including kids—and this is an integral part of our vision—believing that Jesus can truly bring healing and freedom to each of us, so that we will be spiritually healthy and will fulfill the mission to reach and disciple others.

A little about Lisa
I enjoy my family, reading, & sharing coffee with friends. I have been married 22 years and have 5 children ages 20, 17, 16, 13, & 5. I drove school bus for almost 10 years and have been working in children’s ministry for over 5 years.

Duties
I oversee all children’s ministries: LCC’s Let’s Play! playgroup, BabyZone, ToddlerZone, PreZone, KidZone, KidZone Live! & Kidz WorshipZone.

I oversee all volunteer ministries: Ushers, Greeters, Café, Counters, Closers & Custodial. I am responsible for training for all above mentioned groups. I handle various administrative duties in line with my areas of responsibility. I am also a leader in our women’s ministry: Chic Chat.

I love teaching and training. I delight being involved with the children and getting to know them as individuals. I enjoy my time with the volunteers. I am very much a ‘people person’.

A little about Ben
I enjoy watching two sports, Hockey Go Flyers and Football, Go Bears. I have a passion of creating and cooking the perfect BBQ Ribs. I love to fish but it seems like I never have time and of course enjoy watching my favorite TV Show of all time Andy Griffith.

Duties
I oversee the children's programs and Life Group Teaching and Mid-Week life group programs. I am a character connex presenter in the local schools and after school club leader.

Passions in Children's Ministry
I am involved in and passionate about leaving the four walls of our church and getting into the community to meet the needs of the children. Whether it is doing an outreach, helping community groups, or coaching we need to reach these kids. During the year I hold many outreaches at the local parks and I go into the schools for after school clubs through out the school year. The children we need to reach are the ones that are not coming to the church or events held at the church. We are called to go and make disciples.
